Our Mission
Harmony Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is a Human Resource Agency based in Mandurah Western Australia, that seeks to contribute to the development of a database of reliable and highly skilled workers for local Australian recruitment agencies, businesses and companies looking to employ competent and qualified employees.
We are well placed to penetrate the market through the deployment of industry best practices and our locally based offices in Western Australia and Harare.
Our staff are dedicated to providing world class, forward thinking recruitment services to our clients and pay close attention to shifting trends in a bid to advance our services to cater for emerging employment needs.

I am Mel Mhlope Founder of Harmony Recruitment Solutions!

Our company was established in Australia April 2022 with a view to address the skills shortage in through international recruitment, and create a compassionate pathway for migrant recruits to find their place in inclusive local businesses and communities.
​
I have always had a passion for helping people and in 2002 started the Harmony Au Pair Agency, assisting applicants in migrating from Zimbabwe to Germany. Progress was swift and demand was ever growing, and shortly after the arrival of the very first applicant, the affiliate German based Au Pair Recruitment Agency was recruiting more educated and experienced Zimbabwean Au Pairs. A program which is still running today.

With over 20 years experience of placing Au Pairs with German families the idea of a specialised recruitment agency in Australia was developed and so Harmony Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd was born.
After having migrated to Australia as a family we have personally experienced the challenges of being new migrant and so my husband and I started helping new migrants settle in Australia. Whenever we heard through our community groups that a new migrant had arrived, we would personally help them to find employment, upskill through short courses, establish a home and find a supportive group in their local community at no cost to them.

Some important information about our processes;
Our priority is to see recruits through from their arrival at the airport to their establishment in employment and local communities.
- We don’t offer visa advice - which is a specialised field and should only be discussed with legitimate government migration agencies
- We don't charge application fees to applicants. Please don’t pay any agencies or people who promise to give you our contact details in exchange for money.
We are passionate about selecting potential recruits to meet the needs of employers in Australia and are committed to providing support throughout the recruiting process.

APPLICANT INTERVIEWS
Applicants are then interviewed according to Experience and then Qualification within their industries
assessment
Applicants are assessed for their Experience and Qualifications through VET Assess as well as references, visa requirements and certification checks
APPROVED
Approved Applicants are enrolled and supported to be made available as potential candidates to our pool of vetted Employers
